Event FAQs

Understanding this is an invite-only event, am I allowed to send someone in my place if I cannot attend?

Given the limited capacity for this event and the desire to maintain the intimate environment, our invitee list was prepared based on the groups and individuals we know to be active in the Central Florida region. Requests to send individuals in your place will be handled on a case by case basis.

Who is attending?

We encourage you to view our 2024 Summit Recap page to see last year’s attendance; a mix of ownership groups, developers, and investors focused on the Central Florida Region.

What if I can only make it to part of the event?

Not a problem! Every year we have individuals that only attend one or two (of the combined three) events; please just denote what your planned attendance will be on the RSVP and let us know if this changes.

Will I need to rent a car for this event?

Renting a car is not necessary for this event. Given the host hotels' proximity to the airport, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft. Our cocktail hour, Banquet Dinner, post-dinner social, and Investors Forum will be hosted on property at the Grand Hyatt. For those participating in the Golf Tournament, transportation will be provided.

What is the dress code for the event?

Traditional golfing attire for our Golf Tournament and business casual attire for the balance of the event.
