Only two miles from Tampa International Airport, the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is one of Tampa Bay’s most beautiful hotels and provides ease of access to our on-property evening events and Investor’s Forum. Attendees are responsible for providing payment for their own hotel rooms and will need to provide credit card information to cover room, tax, incidental charges.

Air Travel

For ease of access to the conference, we recommend flying into Tampa International Airport (TPA).

Ground Transportation

Upon arrival to TPA, Uber and Lyft are readily available. Please note that the conference venue and dinner location are event spaces adjoining the hotel; no transportation will be needed. For those arriving early to partake in the Golf Tournament at Lake Jovita, bus transportation has been arranged and will arrive for loading at 6:30 AM. Please meet at the back entrance of the Grand Hyatt as the bus will depart promptly at 6:45 AM.

Parking

If you will be driving to the Grand Hyatt or renting a vehicle from TPA, parking is offered for guests and visitors in an on-site parking garage. For larger vehicles (i.e. pick-up trucks), you will need to park in the Receiving Dock area. When you arrive to the Grand Hyatt, you will come to a crossroads; veer to the left towards "Receiving Dock Vans Buses". Follow this to back of the parking garage where you will park in the lot.
